This policy explains how Dhruva Music Private Limited, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Dhruva Music", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through dhruvamusic.com and dhruvamusic.in.

1. Information we collect

When you submit a pitch or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your artist/band name, email address, phone number (optional), genre, song links, and any message you write. We do not collect payment information through this website. Our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the website securely.

2. How we use it

• To review your submission and respond to you about it;
• To contact you regarding our distribution, label, marketing, or consulting services;
• If you opt in, to send you Dhruva Music news and updates (you can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us);
• To maintain internal records of submissions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

3. Where your data is stored

Submissions are stored in our records on Google Workspace services (Google Sheets and Gmail), and this website is hosted on Netlify. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Your data may therefore be processed on servers located outside India.

4. How long we keep it

We keep submission records for as long as reasonably needed for A&R review and business records. You may request deletion of your submission at any time (see section 6).

5. Your song links and material

Links you share (YouTube, SoundCloud, Drive, etc.) remain under your control on those platforms. We only access them to review your submission.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent to receive updates, by emailing dhruvamusicindia@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Children

This website and our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please submit only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Cookies

This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies of its own. Embedded third-party services (if any) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
